About this Georgian triple casement window
This is a Georgian casement window in three lights: three timber casements side by side, each divided by astragal bars into six small panes, all finished flush within the frame. It is made for wide openings and period façades where you want the multi-pane look of 18th- and early 19th-century houses. It is made to your measurements and delivered fully finished across the UK, from £799+VAT.
A full Georgian grid across three lights
Slim astragal bars run across and down each light, two panes wide and three high, over sealed double-glazed units. Repeating the same grid in all three lights gives the window the balanced, symmetrical look of a Georgian elevation. Tell us which lights you want to open and which to keep fixed, and we will make the window to that layout. Our page on Georgian windows covers bar patterns and proportions in more depth.
Flush casements for period houses
Each casement closes level with the face of the frame rather than overlapping it – the way casements were traditionally made – so the window keeps clean, even sightlines. That makes it a natural fit for cottages, townhouses and conservation settings. For narrower openings, see the double flush casement window or the single flush casement.

Frequently asked questions
What is a Georgian casement window?
A casement divided by glazing bars into small panes, as on houses of the 18th and early 19th centuries. Here the bars are slim timber over modern sealed glazing, so the period look comes with current thermal performance.
Can the layout be changed?
Yes. The number of lights, which ones open and the bar pattern can all be made to your drawing, as can arched heads.
Can I use it in a listed building or conservation area?
Georgian flush casements are a traditional style, but the decision sits with your local planning authority, so check before you order. We make windows to the drawings and specification you have had approved, including single glazing where it is required. See replacement timber windows for listed buildings for the usual requirements.
How long does it take?
Around 20 working days once the deposit is paid, then the window is delivered fully finished anywhere in the UK.
