Every timber window we sell is built to your exact measurements — nothing is off the shelf. Choose from engineered pine, meranti hardwood, or oak. Production takes around 20 working days at our dedicated manufacturing facility, and all windows arrive fully finished in your choice of RAL or Farrow & Ball colour, weather-sealed, and ready for your builder to fit on site.

Each window comes with your choice of astragal bars, solid glazing bars, or a clean flush finish. Glazing runs from standard double-glazed units through to triple-glazed and acoustic glass for noise-sensitive locations. We build to any size and shape — including arched heads, circular frames, and bespoke configurations that off-the-shelf suppliers can’t touch.
What you get when you order from us
Built to your measurements, not stock sizes
We don’t carry pre-made stock. Every window starts as a set of your measurements and ends as a finished, weather-sealed unit in engineered pine, meranti, or oak. Joints are mortise-and-tenon, profiles are machined to the millimetre, and every frame is checked against your order spec before it leaves the factory.
Honest lead times, no surprises
Most orders are ready within 20 working days from confirmation. You’ll get a production update when your windows enter the workshop and a delivery date once they’re finished. We ask for 50% upfront to book your manufacturing slot — the remaining 50% is due on delivery. No hidden fees, no last-minute extras.
Three timbers, one standard
Engineered pine for a solid, affordable option that takes paint beautifully. Meranti hardwood for natural durability and a tighter grain. Oak for character, strength, and that unmistakable finish. All three are laminated for dimensional stability — meaning they won’t bow, twist, or warp after installation the way solid timber can.

We work with builders, architects, and joinery contractors across the UK. Whether it’s a single sash replacement in a listed building or a full set of casements for a new-build development, we’ll quote to your drawings and deliver to site. Repeat trade customers get priority scheduling.

All timber is vacuum-impregnated before machining and finished with a multi-coat microporous system that lets the wood breathe while blocking moisture. The result is a frame that handles rain, frost, and UV without cracking or peeling.
Warm in winter, quiet all year
Timber naturally insulates better than aluminium and matches uPVC. Pair that with double or triple glazing and acoustic glass options, and you get windows that keep heat in and traffic noise out.

Delivery to your door
Once ready, we’ll email you to confirm a delivery date that works for you. Pay the remaining 50% on delivery. Your windows arrive fully finished and ready for your builder to install.
